Look Ma, I'm Growing Up! Kinda.

I'm the type of person you'd see in the back of the room in the corner watching everyone. Quiet, minding my own business and yours, but not physically participating--definitely mentally participating, though. Needless to say, not a social butterfly and not a group person.

This year, I've done something strange. I joined a group back in March. DarkSide Publishing. It's been awesome! I participated in a group author tour last month (which was fun) and helped form the Pacific Northwest YA Authors. I signed up for another undisclosed group of YA authors a couple weeks ago--stay tuned for more information on that in the future. And yesterday... Yesterday, a friend and I created a goal oriented fitness support group. We'll be meeting once a week.

How weird is that? Very.

Maybe I'm growing up? I don't know, but it's scary. Just about as scary as my husband's zombie creations on Halloween.

Maybe scarier...

In other news: LAND OF CORN CHIPS is now available in paperback! Yes, this is just in time for the holidays. Now you can buy your munchkin this book soaked with adventure and filled with zombies, dragons, and WWE-style wrestling for only $6.99. Party on!

Have a fantabulous Halloween!!
